About the Position
Integrated Restoration is looking for a hands-on Contents Restoration Supervisor to coordinate our contents projects from the initial inspection through pack-back and closeout. This person will direct the daily work of the contents team, stay in regular contact with customers, maintain accurate inventories using Contents Tracker or another approved inventory-tracking system, and coordinate planning and scheduling with Mitigation and Reconstruction to keep projects moving safely and on schedule.
This is a working supervisor position. The right person will be comfortable leading in the field and warehouse, stepping in when the team needs help, and following through on the details that protect our customers and their belongings.
What You Will Do
• Coordinate contents inspections, pack-outs, cleaning, storage, pack-backs, and closeout while ensuring belongings are carefully packed, handled, labeled, transported, stored, and returned.
• Build the daily and weekly schedule and work with the Mitigation team and other departments to align site access, job sequencing, labor, vehicles, equipment, supplies, warehouse space, customer communication, and project timelines.
• Serve as the main point of contact for contents customers and insurance adjusters, provide clear updates, and handle concerns or difficult conversations with patience, professionalism, and a focus on solutions.
• Direct, train, and support contents associates and other employees assigned to contents work, with clear expectations for safety and quality.
• Make sure contents are properly photographed, described, assigned to the correct job and room, and entered accurately in the approved inventory-tracking system.
• Keep item status and location current when contents are moved, cleaned, stored, transferred, disposed of, or returned.
• Reconcile the physical inventory against system records before pack-back and closeout.
• Maintain an organized warehouse with clear separation between customer jobs and accurate control of storage capacity, vaults, crates, racks, and staging areas.
• Review active jobs, set clear next steps, and address scheduling delays, missing documentation, lost-item concerns, damage issues, and customer complaints.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience leading a field, warehouse, moving and storage, restoration, or service team.
• Strong scheduling, organization, inventory-control, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort using mobile and cloud-based software for inventory, photos, notes, and job documentation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and attention to detail, including the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused with stressed or upset customers and carefully handle fragile, sentimental, and high-value belongings.
• The ability to manage several active jobs while keeping priorities, deadlines, and next steps clear.
• A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• The ability to work in customer properties, restoration environments, and a warehouse and perform the physical duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Helpful Experience
Experience with contents restoration, mitigation, insurance claims, moving and storage, pack-outs, contents cleaning, vault storage, Contents Tracker, Xactimate, or IICRC certifications such as CPT, FSRT, OCT, or WRT is preferred. Candidates without applicable certifications must be willing to complete required training and obtain them after hire.
What Success Looks Like
• Customers know what is happening and receive regular updates.
• Inventory records match the physical contents and items can be located when needed.
• Every active job has a current schedule, a clear next step, and complete documentation.
• The warehouse is organized, customer belongings remain separated, and the team is ready for the next job.
• Work is completed safely and with consistent quality, then moves to invoicing and closeout without preventable delays.
Benefits
Benefits available to eligible employees include medical insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match. Plan eligibility and waiting periods apply.
